Cylindrical cell-এর আকার একরকম এবং automation সহজ, কিন্তু অনেক interconnect ও শক্ত pack restraint দরকার। Prismatic cell জায়গা ভালোভাবে ব্যবহার করতে পারে, তবে swelling control, compression ও thermal design জরুরি। Pouch cell হালকা ও space-efficient, কিন্তু mechanical support ও protection বেশি দরকার।
Shape মানেই grade নয়
Cell format থেকে chemistry, capacity, age, manufacturer বা authenticity জানা যায় না। Traceability, matched group, test data, BMS, fuse, enclosure ও warranty চাইুন। ভালো design-এর যেকোনো format খারাপ assembly-এর চেয়ে ভালো হতে পারে।
